COMMISSIONS

If you’re not a fan of sliding commission scales that pay you out less for a less-than-stellar month, don’t worry. Our commission structure gives you a fair shot every month with a flat percentage that’s the same—no matter how you do.

It gets better. We don’t require a minimum number of players per month. Whether you bring in 1 or 100 new players, you’ll earn commissions. Period. Choose which of our brands performs best for you; we pay commission on all our brands; that includes sportsbooks, racebooks, and casinos.

Our commissions are based on a Revenue Share model, which means you’ll earn a percentage of the Net Gross Revenue (NGR) generated by your customer (minus fees, bonuses, etc). The percentage earned will be based on the overall performance; affiliates can earn anywhere between 15% up to 35%.

Negative figures generated will be carried over to the following month; however the affiliate team will be willing to look at this on an individual basis, and where need be we will discuss an alternate for you if you are hit by a big negative because of an individual player’s action.

For more details on our commission structure, please Contact Us now.

  • CommissionPartners will pay the Affiliate a percentage, as set out at clause 6.4, of the total monthly Net Revenue for play generated by Affiliate Players on each Client Website (for which the Affiliate acts).
  • An Affiliate shall only be entitled to commission on Net Revenue generated by Affiliate Players using those products on which that Affiliate may act by agreement with CommissionPartners.

6.4 Commission Scheme:

  • We will pay each Affiliate a commission, which is calculated in accordance with clause 6.5, on all real money players that Affiliate refers under this Agreement. With consistent or increased affiliate performance, Affiliates may be offered higher commission rates or hybrid plans. Affiliates need to meet both the minimum active player and Net Revenue conditions to be entitled for each commission tier percentage rate and the commission calculation will follow the lower commission tier percentage rate for any failure to meet both active player and Net Revenue. The Affiliate commission calculation excludes the gross gaming revenue generated from any closed player account regardless of the reason for the closure of that account.
  • Affiliate Accounts must meet the minimum active player amount based on the operator brand as set out at clause 6.5 and minimum Net Revenue of USD 1.00 (one US dollar) (or the equivalent amount in CNY). All the products on which the Affiliate acts must meet the minimum payment amount per month before any payouts can be made. If an Affiliate’s monthly accrued Revenue Share is below the minimum amount set out at clause 6.9, no payout will be made, however that Affiliate’s revenue Share will accrue until the minimum payout amount has been reached and can be cashed out.

6.5 Commissions by Program

In the event that an Affiliate delivers fewer than 3 new real money depositors in any 6 month period, CommissionPartners may, at its sole discretion, drop that Affiliate’s Revenue Share Commission to 10% until the Affiliate is able to deliver 3 new real money depositors.

CPA/Hybrid commission plans are only offered on a case by case basis at the operator brand discretion.

In the event that an Affiliate delivers fewer than 3 new real money depositors in any 6 month period, CommissionPartners may, at its sole discretion, drop that Affiliate’s Revenue Share Commission to 10% until the Affiliate is able to deliver 3 new real money depositors.

As of February 28th, all CPA agreements will be suspended.

6.6 For a player to be considered “active”, please refer to their respective program set out at clause 6.5.

6.7 Net Revenue shall be calculated for each Affiliate Player and in respect of each Client Website for which the Affiliate acts and the aggregate of all such calculations shall be the amount to which the relevant percentage is applied.

6.8 The determination of a payout (if any) in the event that fraudulent activity has been discovered will be at CommissionPartners’ sole discretion.

* For commissions paid out via Bitcoin, the conversion will be based on the exchange rate prevailing on the day before the payout date.

6.10 There is no maximum payout applies.

6.11 For the avoidance of doubt every Affiliate will participate in the Revenue Share commission structure unless agreed between the Affiliate and CommissionPartners.

  • For a Sub-Affiliates referral to be valid, that Sub-Affiliate may not be directly or indirectly owned or controlled by that referring Affiliate or by any member of the referring Affiliate’s immediate family. The referring shall not be entitled to any Referral Commission under this Agreement in respect of any such connected Sub-Affiliate.

6.13 If any Revenue Share commission payment to a Sub-Affiliate is reclaimed under the terms of its agreement with CommissionPartners or any payment is made to an Affiliate in breach of clause 6.3 then that Affiliate will promptly repay the applicable Referral Commission or Revenue Share Commission it has been paid upon receiving notice to do so from CommissionPartners. 8.10 If an Affiliate Player is being investigated for credit card, bank information or address verification, CommissionPartners will withhold payment of Commissions earned by the Affiliate in respect of revenues generated by such Affiliate Player until the investigation is completed.

8.10 Unless an Affiliate informs CommissionPartners, within 30 days of receipt of any Commission payment, of its belief that the Commission has been incorrectly calculated and the wrong amount been paid then the Affiliate is deemed to have accepted that the Commission paid to it has been calculated correctly.

Geo-targeting

How are players directed to local websites?

As there are multiple clients operating within the Commission Partners Program in different markets around the globe, our clients' websites are equipped with geo-targeting functionality that directs prospective players to the appropriate site for their jurisdiction. This ensures players receive the content and offers relevant to their market.

Does my affiliate tracking work when a player is redirected to their local site?

Yes. Affiliate tracking works across all Commission Partners' clients.

Do all affiliate tools in the resource section work?

Yes. We have tested all tools in our affiliate resource section, and they function and track properly. Be sure to use the code exactly as shown.

What web pages does a redirected player end up on?

If a player clicks on one of our client's links that is not for their local website, they are automatically redirected to the home page of one of our clients that does service that jurisdiction.

Earnings and payments

Do I earn commissions on my own deposits or wagers?

No, you cannot earn commissions on your own account. If you create a player account as a referral of yourself, your account will be removed from your referral portfolio.

Do negative balances carry over?

Yes, negative balances will carry over from month to month. You'll need to work off the negative balance before you will be paid.

How are my commissions calculated?

How is net revenue calculated?

For Sportsbook, Casino and Racebook wagers, net revenue is calculated as gross revenue less charge backs, complimentary money, processing and licensing fees, free money offers, and other incentives offered to the customer.

For the Racebook, net revenue is calculated as all gross monies from bets made by players less monies paid out as winnings, processing and licensing fees, fraud, charge-backs, bonuses, and other incentives.

If I have a player who signs up but isn’t one of my referrals, can you change their referral ID to my account?

No, we cannot change referral IDs from one affiliate to another.

I operate more than one site. Can you track them separately & pay my entire balance with one commission payment?

Yes, you can set up multiple unique tracking IDs that are all part of the same affiliate ID.

Is there a minimum I need to receive a payment?

Here is the minimum required earnings required, as well as the maximum for any Bitcoin payment:

Bitcoin Min = $10 USD

*Note that If your monthly earnings are significantly large, you can receive multiple increments for the same commission month's payment.

**If commissions are less than the minimum balance, they are held until the next month, or until the minimum balance is reached in your account.

What happens with fraud and charge backs?

If an account is considered fraudulent or has charge backs, it will be disabled. Commissions are not earned on disabled accounts.

What happens if one of my players wins a jackpot?

On every spin on a network progressive jackpot, an allocation is made directly to that jackpot. When a jackpot is won, payment is made from those contributions. These are completely separate accounts. Progressive contributions are not counted as part of gross revenue and neither are progressive payouts. When a progressive jackpot is won, it does not affect your earnings.

What are the payment methods?

At this time the only method of payment we offer is Bitcoin.

Can I have my commissions paid into a betting account?

No. We no longer offer this payment option, at this time we solely offer Bitcoin as payout method.

Can I have my commissions paid into another player's accounts?

No. Betting Partners only pay commissions to the individual affiliate, and will not transfer funds to other individuals.

Am I guaranteed payment for your banners on my site?

No. You only earn commissions based on players you refer. You do not earn commissions on impressions or clicks.

How can I see my statistics and earnings?

You can view your earnings statement online, including your referral's wagering activity for the month and your commissions earned. Unique reports can also be sent on a per request basis.

You can view player sign ups and activity statistics for a given time period by logging into our online reporting tool using your username and password. Affiliates on CPA and revenue share programs can view all relevant data from which commissions are derived, and the reports are updated daily.

Can I view my traffic stats such as the number of clicks and conversions?

As we continue to develop our backend system for our affiliates, we will be integrating banner stats and click-throughs to the reporting for affiliates.

Can you give me more information about the players I have referred?

Protecting the privacy of players is of the utmost importance. When players open an account, they know their information is safe. That's why they continue to play. We do provide the account numbers of players so our affiliates can track individual players.

How many players do I need to refer to remain an active affiliate and earn based on net revenue?

To remain an active affiliate in our program, you need to refer a minimum of three depositing players over a rolling six-month period. Affiliates who fail to refer the minimum number of players and are on the revenue share program have their monthly commission percentage lowered to 10% until they reach the minimum requirement. At that time they are back to the standard revenue share program.

Miscellaneous

If I sell my website, can I sell my sheet of players too?

When the ownership of your website changes, the ownership of that website's sheet of players does not necessarily follow suit. Prior to a change of ownership please contact your Account Manager or support@commissionpartners.com.

Who do I contact if I have other questions?

Get in touch by using the ticketing system through your account. Simply open a new ticket and it will be assigned to your Account Manager.
